As there is no premiere of Dasavatharam in Chennai, Kamal Haasan held a sneak peek of his film for his friends and a few celebrities from the industry on Tuesday evening at Four Frames preview theatre in Chennai. Kamal's mentor, K Balachandar and superstar Rajinikanth was the cynosure of all eyes.
Daughter Sruthi Haasan and her friends were also seen at the theatre. The talented daughter of the legend, is not one to rest on her father's laurels and will soon be seen in Soham Shah's Luck, opposite Aamir Khan's nephew Imraan Khan.
Among those present were Surya and a few other close friends of the actor. Meanwhile, due to the hype and hoopla surrounding the film, there has been brisk booking in all the 17 screens in Chennai. Asin Thottumkal appears in a dual role and Mallika Sherawat also plays lead role in the film. Venu Ravichandran, the producer and primary distributor, made the film with a budget of 140 crore Indian rupees.
